Kitchen is full equipped with electric oven & hob, fridge and microwave oven.

Toilet with shower.

Neighboring utility room has washing machine and tumble dryer.

The front of the building is decked out, incorporating a ramp which affords easy access and extra space.

Heating is by way of electric convector heaters in each room.

Guest (Catch & Release) Fishing

As a resident of the cottage participants of one or other of the available courses, you qualify for discounted access to fishing Loch Lyoch and Loch Cleugh for rainbow and brown trout (Fly Fishing Only) for the duration of your stay.

Day or evening session £5 per session per angler

Full day fishing £10 per angler.

Fish Costs: £3.00 per pound should you wish to sample the taste of our fish on the B.B.Q.
