Kitchen is full equipped with electric oven & hob, fridge and microwave oven.

Toilet with shower.

Neighboring utility room has washing machine and tumble dryer.

The front of the building is decked out, incorporating a ramp which affords easy access and extra space.

Heating is by way of electric convector heaters in each room.
